Stephen Spiridakis
Class of 2005
Background
I received my undergraduate degree from Lake Forest College in Illinois with a major in History with a focus on early 20th Century Britain. I also received a minor in studio art with a focus on black and white photography. I presently work for the Massachusetts Cultural Council and have worked in both the financial realm of the agency and also designed various items including the agency's website. In 2001-02 I went to Boston University and received a certificate in web design and management and freelance website design.
Interest
My interests are to somehow create a new media experience that involves both the visual and the aural. This could be through either an interactive installation or through a particular database. My interest in variability and the potential for unique experiences for each person viewing, hearing, involving themselves in my work has become an intriguing proposition for future exploration. Of course, this may all change tomorrow.
